CANCELLATION POLICY:

After Acceptance, Exhibitors have the right to cancel their participation in the Fair for any reason under the following conditions:

a. If the above right is exercised more than 180 calendar days before the opening date of the fair, the exhibitor must pay the totality of its file costs to be paid as well as 25% of the other amounts normally due in the event that the exhibitor had participated in the fair in accordance with amount conditions (here in after, the “other amounts normally due”);

b. If the above right is exercised more than 60 calendar days but less than 180 calendar days prior to the opening date of the fair, the Exhibitor shall pay the totality of its file fees as well as 50% of the other amounts normally owed with a minimum of €800 (eight hundred euros);

c. If the above right is exercised less than 60 calendar days but more than 7 calendar days before the opening date of the fair, the exhibitor shall pay the totality of its file costs as well as the other amounts normally due with a minimum of € 2,000 (two thousand Euros);

d. If the above right is exercised less than 7 calendar days before the opening date of the fair, the exhibitor must pay the totality of its file fees as well as the other amounts normally dueincreased by 20%.

PAYMENT POLICY:

50% of the total amount to be paid within 7 days of invoice date. The remaining amount no later than Dec. 1.
